Registered Mental Health Nurse
Isaac is an experienced healthcare leader and a registered Mental Health Nurse who continues to work clinically alongside his operational responsibilities. With over a decade of experience across residential, nursing, and supported living services, he brings strong expertise in quality governance, safeguarding, CQC compliance, and clinical leadership.
Passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care, Isaac is committed to supporting teams to grow, develop, and provide the highest standards of support. He enjoys being part of Habitat Support Services because of its genuine dedication to dignity, empowerment, and improving people’s lives.
By combining hands-on clinical practice with strategic operational leadership, Isaac helps ensure services remain safe, effective, responsive, and continuously improving — always putting the needs of the people we support at the heart of everything we do.
Ellexus M
Registered Manager
Prior to joining Habitat, Ellexus worked as a Care Manager across several CQC-regulated services. She has extensive experience supporting elderly people, adults and young adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, complex mental health needs and behaviours that may challenge.
Throughout her career, Ellexus has held significant responsibility for safeguarding practice, ensuring robust systems were in place to protect people from abuse, neglect, and mistreatment. This experience has positioned her at the forefront of promoting safe, high-quality, and person-centred care, underpinned by strong governance and regulatory compliance.
Ellexus is passionate about ensuring that everyone supported is treated with dignity, respect, confidentiality, and equality. Promoting individual choice, rights, and independence is central to her approach. Her leadership style is guided by a clear personal ethos: to care for others in the same way she would want her own family to be cared for. This belief drives her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and to fostering a positive, supportive culture within the teams she leads.

Bernadaty
Deputy Registered Manager
Bernadaty is a dedicated and ambitious Deputy Registered Manager who has been part of Habitat Support Services since 2023. Originally from South Africa, she brings a strong corporate background that has shaped her professional discipline, strategic thinking, and commitment to high‑quality service delivery. She is currently working towards her Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, further strengthening her leadership and operational expertise.
Since joining HSS, Bernadaty has progressed through a series of key roles — from Support Staff to Team Leader, then Service Lead, Acting Service Manager, and ultimately Deputy Registered Manager in 2026. Her rapid development reflects her strong work ethic, reliability, and passion for continuous improvement.
Alongside her operational responsibilities, Bernadaty leads on the organisation’s Work–Life Balance Project, a key initiative focused on staff wellbeing, retention, and creating a positive, supportive working culture. Her ability to blend corporate insight with frontline care experience enables her to design practical, meaningful approaches that benefit both staff and the people we support.
Bernadaty is known for her calm, supportive leadership style and her commitment to person‑centred practice, safeguarding, and service excellence. She builds strong, trusting relationships with teams and works hard to ensure that services remain safe, effective, and empowering — always placing the wellbeing and rights of the people we support at the heart of her work.
Martyn
Infection Prevention and Control Lead
Martyn is a dedicated Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Lead with extensive experience in maintaining safe, clean, and well‑governed care environments.
In his role, Martyn oversees the development and implementation of robust IPC systems, including auditing, staff training, risk assessment, and continuous improvement processes. His approach is proactive and evidence‑based, ensuring that infection risks are identified early and managed effectively.
Martyn is passionate about promoting a culture where safety, hygiene, and accountability are embedded into everyday practice. He works closely with teams to strengthen compliance, build confidence, and ensure that high standards of cleanliness and infection control are consistently upheld.
Martyn helps ensure that services remain safe, resilient, and aligned with the highest standards of infection prevention and control — always prioritising the wellbeing and protection of the people we support.
OJ
Team Leader
OJ is a committed and proactive Team Leader who brings strong frontline experience and a genuine passion for delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support. Currently working towards his Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, he is continually developing his knowledge, skills, and leadership practice to ensure he provides the best possible guidance to his team.
OJ is dedicated to creating a positive, empowering environment where both staff and the people we support feel valued, respected, and listened to. He leads by example, promoting dignity, independence, and individual choice in every aspect of care.
Kikelomo
Team Leader
Kikelomo is a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader who has been an integral part of Habitat Support Services for the past three years. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, which has strengthened her knowledge, confidence, and ability to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support.
Throughout her time with HSS, Kikelomo has developed strong frontline experience and a deep understanding of the needs, rights, and aspirations of the people we support. She leads with warmth, patience, and professionalism, creating an environment where individuals feel valued, respected, and empowered.
Kikelomo is committed to promoting dignity, independence, and choice in every aspect of care. She supports her team to grow and develop, ensuring that high standards are consistently upheld and that services remain safe, responsive, and person‑centred.
