Who we are
We are a specialist supported living provider based in Gosport, on the south coast of Hampshire. We support adults with learning disabilities, autism (ASD), mental health needs, and complex support needs to live safely, independently, and with greater choice and control in their own homes within the community.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, stay connected to their community, and have greater choice and independence, with the right level of care and support available at the right time.

Isaac is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and experienced healthcare leader. He provides strategic oversight across the organisation, ensuring our services are safe, effective, person-centred, and well-led.

Ellexus Miller
Registered Manager Autism Ambassador
Ellexus is an experienced manager with a strong background in regulated care services and healthcare leadership. She leads our day-to-day operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred care and support.

Bernadaty Sauls
Deputy Registered Manager Designated Safeguarding Lead
Bernie supports the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operational delivery of our services. She champions least restrictive practices, ensuring support is safe, high-quality. Bernie promotes choice, dignity, independence and positive outcomes for the people we support, while empowering and developing our staff team to deliver consistent, compassionate care.

Our compassionate and highly trained team is dedicated to supporting each person to live a safe, fulfilling and independent life. We take a truly person-centred approach, building support around each individual’s strengths, choices, needs and aspirations while promoting dignity, independence and control. Our staff receive specialist training in de-escalation and physical intervention, NEWS2 physical observations, mental health, and self-harm, first aid, and Oliver McGowan training. Many team members also hold Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care qualifications. This combination of skills, experience and ongoing development enables us to provide safe, responsive and personalised support, particularly for people with complex needs.
