Who we are
We are a specialist supported living provider based in Gosport, on the south coast of Hampshire. We support adults with learning disabilities, autism (ASD), mental health needs, and complex support needs to live safely, independently, and with greater choice and control in their own homes within the community.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling and meaningful life, stay connected to their community, and have greater choice and independence, with the right level of care and support available at the right time.

Director of Operations & Quality
Isaac is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience in forensic services and a strong background in healthcare leadership. He provides strategic and operational oversight across the organisation, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure services are safe, effective, person-centred and well-led.
He promotes evidence-based, least-restrictive practice and, through strong governance, quality assurance and professional development, helps ensure people receive compassionate and dignified support that protects their rights, promotes independence and delivers positive outcomes.

Autism Ambassador
Ellexus is an experienced Registered Manager with a strong background in regulated care services and healthcare leadership. As the organisation’s Autism Ambassador, she promotes autism-informed, inclusive practice that respects each person’s communication style, sensory needs and individuality.
She leads the day-to-day operation of the service, working closely with NI and the wider team to ensure support is safe, effective, person-centred and responsive. Through strong leadership, staff development and quality oversight, Ellexus helps ensure people receive compassionate and consistent support that promotes choice, dignity, independence and positive outcomes.

Designated Safeguarding Lead
Bernadaty supports the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the service. As the Designated Safeguarding Lead, she promotes a strong safeguarding culture and helps ensure concerns are recognised, reported and managed promptly and appropriately.
She champions person-centred, least-restrictive practice, helping ensure support is safe, effective and consistently delivered. Through supportive leadership and staff development, Bernadaty empowers the team to provide compassionate care that protects people’s rights and promotes choice, dignity, independence and positive outcomes.
Our compassionate and highly trained team is dedicated to supporting each person to live a safe, fulfilling and independent life. We take a truly person-centred approach, building support around each individual’s strengths, choices, needs and aspirations while promoting dignity, independence and control. Our staff receive specialist training in de-escalation and physical intervention, NEWS2 physical observations, mental health, and self-harm, first aid, and Oliver McGowan training. Many team members also hold Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care qualifications. This combination of skills, experience and ongoing development enables us to provide safe, responsive and personalised support, particularly for people with complex needs.
